Australia domestic shipping

We offer a flat rate of $19.95 for shipping across Australia.

International shipping

Shipping to Europe and America is $39.95 AUD. Click here to see the conversion.

Due to the quality of your new Lalita Lowe we will provide a tracking number once your item has been posted. Your order will also require signature on delivery to ensure it arrives exactly as intended.

Shipping time frames

Australia:

2 - 5 business days

Rest of World:

1 - 2 weeks

Due to global disruptions with shipping and transportation your item may arrive later than expected. We cannot guarantee an exact date but take every effort to get your new Lalita Lowe pieces to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS

Return Cost

If you are returning an item due to faulty or damaged garment we will reimburse you for the shipping cost. You will need to provide a reciept for shipping expenses paid along with a tracking number.

For all exchange items you will need to pay for shipping costs.

Returns and Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or faulty we apologise and will provide a full refund, exchange or credit note as well as refunding the cost of shipping.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind or if you decide you no longer want the item.

For items purchased online

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase

  • Items must be unworn with tags still attached

  • Items must be free of perfume or makeup so please be careful when trying on garments for the first time.

For items purchased at the private showings

We are happy to offer an exchange, credit or refund an order within 7 days from purchase date with proof of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn with all tags still attached.

  • Items must be free from makeup and perfume, so please be mindful of this when trying them on.

  • You will be refunded in your original form of payment.
