How long will it take to receive my order?
Custom Made
Your order is custom made in Melbourne Australia and will take some time to reach you. We will contact you as soon as you place your order and keep you updated with the process along the way. We aim to post your new Lalita Lowe within 3 - 4 weeks of receiving the order online. We will do our very best to get your order to you within the below time frames.
Due to the sometime vulnerable nature of the makers time frames, staffing or shipping delays we cannot always guarantee the above time frames however we will keep you informed via regular updates. Please know that receiving a Lalita Lowe piece contributes to a better fashion future through minimising waste and supporting a local economy.
One your order is shipped you will receive it within these approximate time frames.

Can I track my order?
You can track your order via a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order has been posted.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
We require signature on delivery to make sure that your new Lalita Lowe arrives as intended. A collection card will be left if you’re not at home. To avoid disappointment, please remember to pick up your item from the post office within 10 days otherwise it will be sent back to to us.
A gentle note that any extra fees associated with redelivery, multiple failed attempts or delivery refusal are your responsibility.
MAKE SURE WE CAN CONTACT YOU
Make sure to provide all information at check out including phone number and email so that we can be in contact if there are changes to the delivery of your order.
Please be aware that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance delays.
Duties and taxes
International orders shipped outside Australia may incur duties and taxes, payable upon your order arriving in your country. Since these charges are imposed directly by your local customs we cannot estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur. You will need to pay these in order to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Any duties and taxes paid are not refunded at Lalita Lowe if you wish to return an item. Residents from countries outside of Australia can contact their local customs office to obtain a tax refund.

Payment options
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal and Eftpos, as well as Apple Pay.
Returns Policy
ONLINE AND PHONE ORDERS:
If goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are so sorry and will offer a full refund, exchange or credit note as well as refunding the cost of shipping.
We do not offer refunds if you simply changed your mind, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
If you would like to exchange a size, or swap your garment for a different style, please send your order back to Lalita Lowe with a completed returns form.
We recommend arranging a tracked courier for a safe and speedy return.
Unfortunately we do not take responsibility if your return gets lost on its way back to us, or for any import duties and taxes incurred.
We are happy to refund any order if your return meets the below conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
We will make exceptions for unforeseen shipping delays, please contact us if you think your parcel may take longer.
Items must be unworn with all tags still attached.
Items must be free from makeup and perfume, so please be mindful of this when trying them on.
You will be refunded in your original form of payment.
FOR PURCHASES MADE AT THE PRIVATE SHOWINGS :
We are happy to offer an exchange, credit or refund an order within 7 days from purchase date with proof of purchase.
Items must be unworn with all tags still attached.
Items must be free from makeup and perfume, so please be mindful of this when trying them on.
You will be refunded in your original form of payment.

ARRANGE A RETURN
Please fill in the returns form that arrived with your online order (or download our returns form here) and send with the item/s you wish to return to the address below. We recommend using a trackable method to ensure safe delivery. Once your returned item/s have been processed, we will be in touch with an email to confirm your refund or exchange.
